How to Make Raita at Home





raita is one of the most famous recipes in India which is made everyone home
raita is served with paratha, biryani and so many dishes without raita my dish is always incomplete

 I love to eat Raita In Indian marriage also serve raita we can raita so many styles it is to made and the taste is delicious the main ingredient in raita is yoghurt it is a most popular recipe in Indian cuisine it is tasty and also a healthy dish 

Today I am sharing with you different style raita recipe if you are new in the cooking field  so, please follow step by step process for better taste

INGREDIENTS
  • 200gram yoghurt
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 Cucumber 

Step by Step Process Of making Cucumber Raita

Cucumber Raita

first, we need  fresh yoghurt  we can use homemade yoghurt or market packet

Take yoghurt in one bowl remove all lums with the help of a spoon site until lums not remove in yoghurt Then we need Cucumber and remove the skin of Cucumber and finely chopped with the help knife  In yoghurt add  black salt chopped green chilli, finely chopped coriander leaves and also mint leaves it is optional add mint leaves in raita  and cumin seeds powder then mix well   after adding all spices  Add  Cucumber cubes in yoghurt now cucumber raita is ready to serve in a bowl and eat with family


Tomato Onion Raita Recipe


INGREDIENTS
  • 200gram yoghurt
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Chopped Onion

In yoghurt add  black salt chopped green chilli, finely chopped coriander leaves and also mint leaves it is optional add mint leaves in raita  and cumin seeds powder then mix well after adding all spices  Add  Chopped tomato and Chopped Onion in yoghurt now Tomato Onion raita is ready  if you want to add smoky flavour on raita turn on the flame keep the pan on flame add one tablespoon oil and1 tablespoon oil add cumin seeds and keep on pan until its brown after then turn off the flame then hot oil add-in raita 




Bundi Raita Recipe


This recipe also similar  to another raita recipe in this recipe we want to add Bundi you can buy Bundi from the market or you can make Bundi at home


Today I am also sharing with  You how to make Bundi at home

Ingredients for Making Bundi Bundi
water
100  gram four(Besan)
pinch of salt
oil

mix gram flour and water or add a pinch of salt then make thick better of Bundi
then turn on the flame keep the pan on the flame and pour oil in a pan  with the help of Bundi maker make the little better in Bundimaker and keep Bundi maker in above the pan keep flame on medium then fry the Bundi small balls of Bundi we want to pour in a pan  then fry do not fry too much only fry for 5 minutes then keep out the Bundi in plate turn of the flame

Keep Bundi aside for cool
